BUSINESS HOURS:
Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., CLOSED SATURDAYS, Sundays & Major Holidays. We cannot commence work on your vehicle until you have given us authorization to do so. We review you to sign-in on our Customer Sign-In Sheet. This sheet ensures that you understand Hometown's policies regarding Estimates, Parts Disposal, Diagnostics, Shop/Haz-Mat Fees, valuables in your vehicles, payment & discount policies and our warranty. APPOINTMENTS:
Hometown Service Center accepts walk-ins for oil changes, time/manpower permitting after 8 a.m. For larger jobs, an appointment is a good idea unless you can leave your vehicle for an extended period. Call our service desk at (614) 895-8069 or use an option below. All appointments will be verified by phone, so make sure your phone number is included.

LOANER CARS - Rules apply - We currently have 4 loaner cars in our fleet. They are subject to availability and the rules are as follows: (1) No pets, (2) No smoking, (3) valid driver's license issued to name on service invoice is required, (4) the person who signs the car out is the only person who can drive it, (5) vehicle must stay within 30 mile radius of our facility, (6) gas level must be returned to level that it left our facility or you will be billed for the price of the gas & the man hours to replace it and (7) you must give us proof of active insurance. If you violate the rules, the appropriate fees for damages will be your responsibility and assessed to your invoice accordingly. We offer pick up/delivery as well as shuttle service to nearby areas.
***CUSTOMER PROTECTION - IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY***
We Comply Strictly With State of Ohio Law: You have the right to an estimate if the cost of repairs or services which you are requesting will be more than $25.00. Your bill will not be higher than the estimate by more than 10% unless you approve a larger amount before the repairs are finished. Ohio law requires us to give you a form so that you can choose either a written, oral, or no estimate. You also have the right to inspect and/or request your parts returned unless they are subject to warranty. Estimates are binding for 5 business days. Please be sure to indicate your method of receiving an estimate when making an appointment.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
You are responsible for prompt payment of your invoice upon picking up the vehicle. To avoid confusion, inconvenience & embarrassment, please make sure you have made provisions to pay for your repairs PRIOR TO AUTHORIZING WORK. We also have a No-Credit Check Financing program, which is subject to credit approval. We have a gift certificates available, discount programs & we do work with the W.A.R.M. program. PLEASE NOTE: Stop payment issued on a check for auto repair services is illegal under the Ohio Revised Code. We gladly accept the following methods of payment:
